The space is fully private, completely exclusive to your group, and totally flexible — bring your own food, drinks and decorations and make it exactly what you want it to be.
We also offer quiet and sensory swim sessions, ideal for children with autism or sensory sensitivities, as well as adults-only sessions for those looking for a more peaceful escape. Whatever the occasion, this is a space where everyone can relax and enjoy themselves properly.

What to bring & what to know
Getting ready for your session? Bring towels and swimwear for everyone — we don't provide these, but robes and flip flops are a great poolside addition. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol, and make full use of our kitchenette and fridge.
Floaties, inflatables, banners, balloons, a speaker — bring it all and make the space completely yours. If you're hiring a bouncy castle or any external equipment, that's welcome on the lawn — just arrange and supervise it yourselves. The only things to remember: no glass in the pool area, no food directly poolside, and please leave everything clean and tidy at the end of your session.
What about bad weather?
A little rain won't stop the fun — kids swim in the rain all the time, and we have a large 6m x 3m pop-up gazebo available on drizzly days, giving everyone a dry, comfortable spot to sit with a clear view of the pool. It's all part of the experience.
In the event of severe weather — such as lightning, thunderstorms or an official Met Office severe weather warning — we'll offer you a free reschedule or a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Your safety always comes first. Please note that rain, cloud or cold temperatures alone don't qualify — only genuinely unsafe conditions trigger this.
Parking
Parking is available in the designated areas where Midgeland Road meets School Road — please use this rather than parking directly outside the property, out of respect for our neighbours. The locations are shown highlighted on the included map.
